Not only were they prompt, they addressed the issues I asked to be addressed. The technician gave me an actual quote on the spot instead of a we’ll see once we begin work runaround. I received a quote from another company that was 10x more for a system “overhaul” they insisted would be more appropriate even though all I needed was for the drainage line to be flushed and the refrigerant to be topped up. It’s hard to find transparent and competent contractors like Highway HVAC. Finally a HVAC technician I can recommend.

They did a great job throughout the process of replacing our old, tired heating/air conditioning system. They walked us through the various options and associated costs/discounts. The upgraded installation proceeded as promised, and the units have performed flawlessly since. Strongly recommended!

Highway HVAC Services was great. Very good experience. David and Eli are total professionals and great people. Every one of there staff was fantastic. Wife and I are extremely happy with our new central ac replacement. Our home AC is super fine tuned now. Bring on summer!.

Our AC system was not cooling as well as it should and needed to be inspected and diagnosed. The person setting the appointment was friendly and helpful. Communication (text and email) leading up to the appointment was very good.Eli came and performed a detailed inspection and diagnostics. He was able to explain what the issue was and provided a detailed report with pictures to document the problem. I was very pleased with the service from Eli and Highway HVAC Services and will call on them in the future.

These guys are really fantastic. They replaced my AC unit and my wall heater. You can tell they’re super dedicated to their work and care about making sure everything is done right. Very professional, personable, and followed Covid protocols when in my house.Eli also responds so quickly and tries to make sure the work is done as soon as possible. Recently there was an issue with my heater, and I sent him a message around 9am one morning and within the hour he was at my house to figure out what the issue was. Fixed it by the afternoon. I highly recommend these guys and their work! (:
